Ilana Hubert-Katz Joined Keller Williams after 15+ years of extensive sales experience. Those who know Ilana, know that she is a woman with a passion for helping others. This is why she is not only a real estate agent, she is the Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Select Realtors. Prior to this endeavor, Ilana focused on recruitment and agent onboarding at Keller Williams Legacy as a member of their Executive Leadership Team. Ilana grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Ten years ago, she decided it was time for a change so she moved with her daughter to Maryland. Soon after moving to Maryland, Ilana met her husband Brian. In her free time, Ilana loves to check out the latest movies with her family, go to community events, plan her next overseas vacation and simply sit outside enjoying a great cup of coffee.

PRODUCTIVITY COACHING - HOW IT WORKS:

Upon joining, Productivity Coaching client will:

Meet with the Productivity Coach to set goals & create an action plan for lead generation, training & database building.

Attend weekly group coaching sessions. Group sessions are based on level of production & goals.

Receive individual coaching sessions to review progress, accountability, and strategy for your business.

Participate in training based on production level & needs analysis.
